Electronic Messages
Electronic Messages, basically emails, are sent through GTL/viaPath Technologies. Your loved one can receive these messages on the block Kiosk or on a tablet purchased from GTL/viaPath Technologies. You will purchase your credits for messages from GTL/viaPath Technologies. You can do this from their website or you can download the app. The website address is: https://www.gtl.net/ . The app is easier to maneuver and can be downloaded on Apple or Android devices.

CLICK INTO MESSAGING AND THIS IS WHAT YOU WILL SEE. add your loved one where is says - Add a new contact. Your loved one will receive notice you have added them and they can choose to keep you or block you.
You can save a payment method or just re-enter the information each time. When you purchase messages they are 5 messages for $1.00, 20 for $5.00 and 40 for $10.00
They other options available from GTL/viaPath Technologies are not available for PA State Inmates. You cannot fund your loved ones message credit account. Your loved one must purchase "links" through commissary at the institution.
